OUR VOICE

The voice is the most intimate and powerful instrument for us humans. It is our healing tool for getting in touch with our feelings, communicating with others and creating vibrations in the body.

By combining voice and movement, you will experience how inner blockages are released and a new, deeper power emerges.

Your authentic voice is more than just a means of communication, it is a bridge to your inner world and a powerful tool for self-expression and healing.

VOICE MOVEMENT / What to expect:

The workshop offers a safe space to connect with yourself and your inner clarity through breathing, resonance and bodywork. We playfully surf “sound waves” and support each other in creative, free expression.

Together we will create a vocal space for the integration of your full moon intentions.  With a sound bath, I will take you on a healing journey into the sound of the human voice.

At the end you are invited to join us for lunch, to share in community
